3 lbs chicken wings 1 cup plum or apricot jam 3 tbsp cider vinegar 2 tsp soya sauce ¼ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp ground ginger Arrange raw chicken on foil lined baking sheet. Bake 30 min (45 min for legs) @ 350. Stir ingredients for sauce together in small saucepan. Heat & brush over chicken, basting 2-3 times as they cook. Continue to bake for 20-30 min longer.
